实习护生转型冲击与逆境商对职业认同的影响研究
Effects of Transformation Impact and Adversity Quotient on Professional Identity among Nursing Interns
摘要: 目的：了解实习护生转型冲击、逆境商及职业认同现状，探讨转型冲击与逆境商对职业认同的影响。方法：2024年1月~2月，采用便利抽样法选取湖北省4家医院205名实习护生为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版护理本科实习生转型冲击评价量表(Chinese version of the Transition Shock Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students)、逆境商量表(Adversity Response Profile, ARP)、护生职业认同量表(Professional Identity Scale for Nursing Students, PISNS)进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行数据分析。结果：湖北省4家医院205名实习护生转型冲击总条目均分为(2.62 ± 0.48)分，逆境商总条目均分为(3.18 ± 0.55)分，职业认同总条目均分为(4.88 ± 1.13)分，不同护理专业意向、护理喜爱意向、毕业去向的实习护生职业认同得分比较，均P < 0.05，具有统计学意义。实习护生转型冲击与职业认同呈负相关(r = −0.560)，逆境商与职业认同呈正相关(r = 0.391)，均P < 0.05。结论：湖北省4家医院205名实习护生转型冲击、逆境商以及职业认同均处于中等水平，提示护理教育者和护理管理者应降低实习护生转型冲击水平，增强实习护生抵抗挫折的能力，进而提升其职业认同。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the status quo of transformation impact, adversity quotient and professional identity of nursing interns, and to explore the impact of transition impact and adversity quotient on professional identity. Methods: From January to February 2024, nursing interns in 4 hospitals in Hubei Province were selected by sampling method. A survey was conducted using a general data questionnaire and (Chinese version of the Transition Shock Scale for Undergraduate Nursing were used Students) and Adversity. Response Profile (ARP) and the Professional Identity Scale for Nursing Students (PISNS). The results of the questionnaire were analyzed. Results: 205 nursing interns from 4 hospitals in Hubei Province were divided into (2.62 ± 0.48) points for the total impact of transformation, (3.18 ± 0.55) points for the total adversity quotient, and (4.88 ± 1.13) points for the total professional identity of nursing interns with different nursing professional intention, nursing preference intention and graduation destination. All P < 0.05 were statistically significant. The transition impact of nursing interns was negatively correlated with their professional identity (r = −0.560), while the adversity quotient was positively correlated with their professional identity (r = 0.391), both P < 0.05. Conclusion: The transformation impact, adversity quotient and professional identity of 205 nursing interns from 4 hospitals in Hubei province were all at the medium level, suggesting that nursing educators should reduce the transformation impact level of nursing interns, enhance their ability to resist setbacks, and thus enhance their professional identity.
