数智化视域下高校劳动教育与心理健康教育的耦合路径探索

Exploration of the Coupling Path of Labor Education and Mental Health Education in Higher Education Institutions from the Perspective of Digital Intelligence

摘要: 数智化时代推动高校育人模式朝着精准化、智能化方向转型。劳动教育与心理健康教育在育人目标、内容与方法上存在内在耦合逻辑，二者协同发力，共同助力大学生身心健康与全面发展。本文从数智化视角出发，剖析两育的本质关联，揭示当前融合实践中机制分离、资源分散、评价脱节及师资能力不足等现实困境。在此基础上，本文从育人理念革新、数智平台构建、师资队伍赋能、协同机制完善四个维度出发，构建耦合的实施路径，为高校推进“以劳健心”育人实践提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: The digital intelligence era is driving the transformation of university education models toward precision and intelligence. Labor education and mental health education share an inherent coupling logic in terms of educational objectives, content, and methods. Working in synergy, they jointly contribute to students’ physical and mental health and holistic development. From the perspective of digital intelligence, this paper analyzes the essential connections between these two types of education and reveals practical challenges in their current integration, including separation of mechanisms, fragmentation of resources, disconnection of evaluation systems, and insufficient faculty competence. To address these issues, this paper proposes a coupled implementation pathway from four dimensions: innovation of educational concepts, construction of a digital-intelligent platform, empowerment of teaching staff, and improvement of collaborative mechanisms. The study provides theoretical support and practical reference for universities to advance the educational practice of “cultivating mental health through labor.”
