社区养老下老年人健康素养的提升路径研究

A Study on the Pathways to Enhancing Elderly Health Literacy in Community-Based Elderly Care Services

摘要: 随着人口老龄化加剧，社区养老成为主要养老方式。本文研究社区养老背景下老年人健康素养的提高途径。通过文献梳理法，归纳评述国内近年相关研究。研究发现，老年人健康素养提升存在个人、服务、机制三方面困难：个人层面，健康信息获取少、辨别能力差、知识难以转化；服务层面，健康教育形式雷同、内容缺乏针对性；机制层面，部门协调不足、资源整合不够。提高途径需系统工程，包括开展精准易懂的健康教育，打造友好便利的健康支持环境，在政策上推动部门合力构建长效机制。社区养老框架下，需个人、社区、制度共同创新努力。

Abstract: With the intensification of population aging, community-based elderly care has become the primary approach for senior care. This study examines strategies to enhance health literacy among older adults within this context. Through a literature review, relevant domestic research in recent years was summarized and analyzed. The findings identify three main challenges in improving elderly health literacy: at the individual level, limited access to health information, poor discernment skills, and difficulty in applying acquired knowledge; at the service level, repetitive health education formats and content lacking relevance; and at the institutional level, insufficient interdepartmental coordination and inadequate resource integration. Addressing these issues requires a systematic approach, including delivering targeted and accessible health education, creating user-friendly support environments, and fostering policy collaboration among stakeholders to establish sustainable mechanisms. Under the community-based care framework, coordinated innovation efforts are essential from individual, community, and institutional perspectives.
