数字经济赋能民营企业高质量发展的路径研究

Research on the Path of Empowering High-Quality Development of Private Enterprises through Digital Economy

摘要: 数字经济作为引领全球经济变革的核心力量，正以数据要素为核心、以数字技术为支撑，重构生产要素组合方式、重塑产业发展格局，成为我国经济高质量发展的重要驱动力。数字化转型是民营企业突破发展瓶颈、实现提质增效的必然选择。本文阐释了数字经济赋能民营企业高质量发展的核心价值，剖析了当前赋能过程中面临的数字基础设施建设薄弱、企业数字能力供给短缺、数字创新协同机制不畅、政策保障体系不健全的现实困境，从夯实底层支撑、激活内生动力、构建创新生态、完善制度保障四个维度提出了针对性实践路径，为数智赋能民营企业展现新活力提供理论支撑。

Abstract: As a core driver steering the global economic transformation, the digital economy centered on data elements and underpinned by digital technologies is reconfiguring the combination of production factors and reshaping the landscape of industrial development, emerging as a pivotal impetus for the high-quality growth of China’s economy. Digital transformation represents an inevitable choice for private enterprises to surmount development bottlenecks and achieve quality enhancement and efficiency improvement. This paper expounds on the core value of the digital economy in enabling the high-quality development of private enterprises, and analyzes the practical predicaments currently encountered in the empowerment process, including the fragility of digital infrastructure construction, the shortage of supply of enterprises’ digital capabilities, the inefficiency of digital innovation collaboration mechanisms, and the imperfection of the policy guarantee system. It proposes targeted practical paths from four dimensions: consolidating the underlying support, activating internal driving force, building an innovation ecosystem, and improving institutional guarantees, providing theoretical support for digital intelligence to empower private enterprises to demonstrate new vitality.
