摘要: 在当前数字消费普及背景下，老年群体电商消费面临数智技能薄弱、各类电商产品辨别能力不足等问题，凸显“技术赋能与人文关怀缺位”的核心矛盾。本文以灵性照顾理论为核心视角，剖析老年群体在电商消费中的操作壁垒、消费风险与情感需求缺失困境，揭示其背后健康焦虑、社会支持不足、灵性需求未被回应的深层成因。结合社会工作专业实务，提出针对性介入路径，助力老年人安全理性参与电商消费，为弥合老年数字鸿沟、完善适老化数字服务提供实践参考。

Abstract: In the context of widespread digital consumption, elderly consumers face challenges such as limited digital literacy and difficulty distinguishing e-commerce products, highlighting the core contradiction between technological empowerment and humanistic care. Grounded in the theory of spiritual care, this study analyzes operational barriers, consumption risks, and emotional needs gaps in elderly e-commerce participation, revealing underlying causes including health anxiety, insufficient social support, and unmet spiritual needs. Drawing on social work practices, targeted intervention strategies are proposed to facilitate safe and rational e-commerce engagement among seniors, providing practical references for bridging the digital divide and enhancing age-friendly digital services.
