摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化进程不断加快，养老服务供需失衡问题日益严峻。人工智能的快速发展为解决养老服务难题提供了创新解决方案。本文探讨人工智能如何赋能养老服务业高质量发展，从技术赋能、数据驱动与模式创新三个方面赋能养老服务业实现高质量发展。与此同时，分析当前面临的关键问题，包括技术应用碎片化、老年人数字鸿沟以及专业人才严重短缺。基于此，本文从完善顶层设计与统一标准体系、消除老年群体使用障碍以及深化复合型人才培养三个方面提出相应实践路径，对提升老年人健康养老服务质量具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: With the accelerating process of population aging in China, the imbalance between supply and demand of pension services is becoming more and more serious. The rapid development of artificial intelligence provides an innovative solution to the problem of elderly care services. This paper discusses how artificial intelligence can empower the high-quality development of the elderly care service industry, and empowers the elderly care service industry to achieve high-quality development from three aspects: technology empowerment, data-driven and model innovation. At the same time, it analyzes the key issues currently facing, including the fragmentation of technology applications, the digital divide for the elderly, and the serious shortage of professionals. Based on this, this paper puts forward the corresponding practical paths from three aspects: improving the top-level design and unified standard system, eliminating the barriers to the use of the elderly group and deepening the training of compound talents, which has important practical significance for improving the quality of health care services for the elderly.
