算法时代老年群体的数字融入困境与破解路径研究

Research on the Digital Integration Dilemma of the Elderly and Solutions in the Algorithm Era

摘要: 在数字化与算法技术深度嵌入社会生活的背景下，我国老年人口规模持续扩大，老年群体数字融入困境日益凸显。传统“数字鸿沟”虽逐步弥合，但算法推荐、自动化决策与智能交互带来的算法歧视，已成为老年群体数字融入的新型壁垒。本文以算法时代为视角，梳理老年群体数字融入现状，从接入沟、使用沟、智能沟三层分析表层进展与深层困境。从技术逻辑、个体特征、社会结构三个维度剖析困境成因，指出产品设计适配不足、老年人生理认知衰退、社会支持体系薄弱与年龄刻板印象是关键制约因素。在此基础上，从政策、社会与个体三个层面构建多元协同破解路径，提出完善算法设计、推动适老化改造、强化社区数字教育、构建同辈互助学习等对策，旨在推动老年群体平等共享数字红利，为积极应对人口老龄化、实现包容性数字社会建设提供理论参考与实践思路。

Abstract: Against the background that digitalization and algorithmic technologies are deeply embedded in social life, the size of the elderly population in China continues to grow, and the dilemma of digital integration among the elderly has become increasingly prominent. Although the traditional “digital divide” has been gradually bridged, algorithmic discrimination caused by algorithmic recommendation, automated decision-making and intelligent interaction has become a new barrier to the digital integration of the elderly. From the perspective of the algorithm era, this paper sorts out the current situation of digital integration of the elderly, and analyzes the superficial progress and deep-level dilemmas from three levels: access divide, use divide and intelligence divide. It dissects the causes of the dilemmas from three dimensions: technical logic, individual characteristics and social structure, and points out that inadequate adaptation of product design, physical and cognitive decline of the elderly, weak social support system and age stereotypes are the key constraints. On this basis, a multi-cooperative solution path is constructed from three aspects: policy, societal, and individual levels, and countermeasures such as optimizing algorithm design, promoting age-friendly transformation, strengthening community digital education and building peer mutual learning are proposed. It aims to promote the elderly to share digital dividends equally, and provide theoretical reference and practical ideas for actively responding to population aging and realizing the construction of an inclusive digital society.
