中医适宜技术调控妊娠期糖尿病孕妇糖脂代谢的研究进展

Research Progress on Regulation of Glycolipid Metabolism in GDM Pregnant Women by Appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine Technologies

摘要: 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发病率逐年增加，威胁两代人近远期健康。现代医学以健康指导和胰岛素治疗为主，虽效果显著但有潜在风险。中医适宜技术作为具有操作简便、安全有效的疗法，在调控GDM孕妇糖脂代谢方面展现出独特优势。本文综述了穴位按摩、耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷及八段锦等中医适宜技术在GDM孕妇中糖脂代谢的应用研究进展。旨在为今后GDM孕妇的中医预防及治疗护理提供更广阔的视角和思路。

Abstract: The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is increasing annually, posing a threat to the short-term and long-term health of both mother and offspring. Modern medicine primarily relies on health counseling and insulin therapy; although these interventions are effective, they carry potential risks. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) appropriate techniques, characterized by their ease of operation, safety, and efficacy, have demonstrated unique advantages in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism in pregnant women with GDM. This article reviews recent research progress on the application of TCM appropriate techniques—including acupressure, auricular acupressure with seed embedding, acupoint application, and Baduanjin—in managing glucose and lipid metabolism in this population. It aims to provide broader perspectives and strategies for the future prevention, treatment, and nursing care of GDM using TCM.
