从家庭温暖到网络善行：善良人格和社会支持的链式中介效应
From Family Warmth to Online Benevolence: The Chained Mediation Effect of Kindness Personality and Social Support

摘要: 为探讨父母情感温暖与网络利他行为的关系，以及善良人格与社会支持在其中的作用，采用《大学生网络利他行为量表》《善良人格问卷》《父母教养方式问卷》和《网络社会支持问卷》对1031名在校大学生进行调查。结果显示：(1) 父母情感温暖能够显著正向预测大学生网络利他行为；(2) 善良 人格在父母情感温暖与网络利他行为之间发挥中介作用；(3) 社会支持在父母情感温暖与网络利他行为之间发挥中介作用；(4) 善良人格和社会支持在父母情感温暖与网络利他行为之间发挥链式中介作用。研究表明，父母情感温暖不仅能够直接促进大学生网络利他行为，还能够通过培育善良人格、提升社会支持水平进一步促进网络利他行为。本研究丰富了家庭环境影响网络利他行为的理论解释，并为大学生网络文明教育和积极人格培养提供了实证依据。
Abstract: To explore the relationship between parental emotional warmth and online altruistic behavior, as well as the role of kind personality and social support in this relationship, a survey was conducted among 1031 college students using the “College Students’ Online Altruistic Behavior Scale”, “Kindness Personality Questionnaire”, “Parental Rearing Style Questionnaire”, and “Online Social Support Questionnaire”. The results indicated that parental emotional warmth positively predicted online altruistic behavior. Kindness personality and online social support each played an independent mediating role in the relationship between parental emotional warmth and online altruistic behavior. Moreover, kindness personality and online social support jointly formed a significant sequential mediation pathway. These findings suggest that parental emotional warmth promotes online altruistic behavior not only directly but also indirectly by fostering kindness personality and enhancing online social support. The present study enriches the theoretical understanding of how family environment contributes to the development of online altruistic behavior and provides empirical evidence for promoting online civility and positive personality development among college students.
