数学类专业本科生就业形势与对策研究

摘要: 随着高等教育普及化的深入,自2022年起我国高校毕业生规模连续突破1000万人,高校毕业生的就业形势也愈发严峻。同时数字时代的到来,理工科专业备受青睐,数学类专业呈扩招趋势。本文根据目前数学类专业本科生的就业形势展开分析,深入剖析数学类专业本科生在职业发展中存在的相关性问题,并结合“数字中国”战略。从升学指导、生涯规划、重点帮扶、产教融合及课程改革五个维度提出针对性对策,旨在提升数学类专业人才培养质量与就业竞争力,为同类院校提供借鉴。
Abstract: With the deepening of higher education popularization, the number of college graduates in China has continuously exceeded 10 million since 2022, and the employment situation for college graduates has become increasingly severe. At the same time, with the advent of the digital age, science and engineering majors are highly favored, while mathematics majors are showing a trend of expanding enrollment. This article analyzes the current employment situation of undergraduate students majoring in mathematics, delves into the relevant issues in their career development, and combines them with the “Digital China” strategy. Targeted measures are proposed from five dimensions: guidance for further education, career planning, key assistance, integration of industry and education, and curriculum reform, aiming to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and employment competitiveness in mathematics majors, and provide reference for similar universities.
