生成式人工智能辅助护理科研论文写作的合理边界与自我规范路径
Reasonable Boundaries and Pathways for Self-Regulation in the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence to Assist in the Writing of Nursing Research Papers
摘要: 生成式人工智能(AIGC)为护理临床工作者突破科研写作瓶颈、提升论文产出效率提供了技术支撑,也对护理科研诚信与临床真实性构成新的挑战。本文以护理临床工作者为核心主体,结合护理学科实践性、伦理性、人文性特质,从技术场景分级、学科特性适配两个维度,系统界定AIGC辅助护理论文写作的合理边界,深入剖析内容真实性风险、知识产权争议、主体性消解四类核心伦理问题,并从护理人员个体层面提出四项自我规范路径,进一步提出医院、学会、期刊、高校多方共治的生态构建路径。旨在引导护理临床工作者合规、审慎使用AIGC工具,在提升写作效率的同时,坚守科研诚信与临床安全底线,保障护理学术研究高质量发展。
Abstract: Generative Artificial Intelligence (AIGC) provides technical support for clinical nursing practitioners to overcome bottlenecks in research writing and improve the efficiency of academic paper production; however, it also poses new challenges to research integrity and clinical authenticity in nursing. This paper focuses on clinical nursing practitioners as the central actors. Taking into account the practical, ethical and humanistic characteristics of the nursing discipline, it systematically defines the reasonable boundaries of AIGC-assisted nursing paper writing from two dimensions: the classification of technical scenarios and the adaptation to disciplinary characteristics. It conducts an in-depth analysis of four core ethical issues—risks to content authenticity, intellectual property disputes and the erosion of agency—and proposes four self-regulatory pathways at the individual level for nursing staff. Furthermore, it outlines a pathway for building an ecosystem of multi-stakeholder governance involving hospitals, professional associations, journals and universities. The aim is to guide clinical nursing practitioners in the compliant and prudent use of AIGC tools, so that whilst enhancing writing efficiency, they uphold the fundamental principles of research integrity and clinical safety, thereby ensuring the high-quality development of nursing academic research.
