食品质量与安全专业化学基础课混合式教学模式探索
Exploration of Blended Teaching Mode for Basic Chemistry Courses in Food Quality and Safety Major
摘要: 混合式教学可整合数字化教学资源与传统课堂教学优势,适配化学基础课理论抽象、实操性强的课程特征。本文围绕食品质量与安全专业化学基础课混合式教学的目标设定,从教学内容优化、教学方法创新、实验教学完善、评价体系健全四个维度构建系统化教学模式,从课前、课中、课后全流程开展教学实践,分析混合式教学模式在提升学生食品风险研判水平与培育食品安全职业操守方面的实际效果,旨在为培养兼具扎实化学功底与敏锐安全意识的复合型人才提供教学范式。
Abstract: Blended teaching can integrate digital teaching resources with the advantages of traditional classroom teaching, and adapt to the theoretical abstraction and strong practicality of basic chemistry courses. This article focuses on the goal setting of blended teaching in the basic chemistry course of food quality and safety major. A systematic teaching model is constructed from four dimensions: optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching methods, improving experimental teaching, and establishing a sound evaluation system. Teaching practices are carried out throughout the entire process before, during, and after class to analyze the practical effects of blended teaching model in improving students’ level of food risk assessment and cultivating food safety professional ethics. The aim is to provide a teaching paradigm for cultivating composite talents with solid chemical skills and keen safety awareness.
