基于BIM技术的工程造价实践教学改革研究
Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Engineering Cost Based on BIM Technology
摘要: 在“新工科”建设与创新创业教育双重背景下,本研究以BIM技术为切入点,融合OBE与CDIO两大教育理念,对工程造价本科专业实践教学体系进行改革。构建了“实践基础能力→综合应用能力→创新创业能力”三层次培养目标,以及“项目贯穿、螺旋递进式”实践教学模式,优化了校企合作实践教学平台。实践表明,改革提升了学生的BIM综合应用能力与创新创业能力。同时,本文客观分析了改革实施过程中的局限性与挑战,并提出了针对性的反思与改进方向。
Abstract: Against the dual backdrop of the construction of Emerging Engineering Education and innovation & entrepreneurship education, this study takes BIM technology as the breakthrough point, integrates two educational concepts of OBE and CDIO, and carries out reforms on the practical teaching system for the undergraduate major of Engineering Cost. A three-tier training objective system is established, covering basic practical ability, comprehensive application ability and innovation & entrepreneurship ability. A spiral progressive practical teaching mode with project-based learning throughout the whole curriculum is constructed, and the school-enterprise cooperative practical teaching platform is optimized. Practical results demonstrate that the reform has effectively improved students’ comprehensive BIM application capabilities as well as their innovation and entrepreneurship literacy. Meanwhile, this paper objectively analyzes the limitations and challenges encountered during the implementation of the reform, and puts forward targeted reflections and improvement strategies.
