初中生物学中渗透青春期心理健康教育的策略与教学设计研究

Research on Strategies and Teaching Design of Infiltrating Adolescent Mental Health Education in Junior High School Biology

摘要: 本研究以初中生物学课堂教学、课外活动、主题汇报为载体，探讨青春期心理健康教育的融合路径与实践价值。基于初中生身心发展特点，从初中生物学和青春期心理健康教育的学科内容，教育目标以及实践应用三个方面分析了生物学学科与青春期心理健康教育的内在关联性，结合教学实践针对如何在初中生物学教学中融入青春期心理健康教育提出了相关策略，并设计了相应的教学案例，对推动核心素养导向的教学实践和促进学生青春期心理健康发展具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: This study explores the integration pathways and practical value of adolescent mental health education through junior high school biology classroom teaching, extracurricular activities, and thematic reports. Based on the physical and psychological development characteristics of junior high school students, it analyzes the intrinsic connections between biology and adolescent mental health education from three aspects: subject content, educational objectives, and practical applications. Combining teaching practices, relevant strategies for incorporating adolescent mental health education into junior high school biology instruction are proposed, along with corresponding teaching cases. This study holds certain reference value for promoting core competency-oriented teaching practices and fostering the healthy psychological development of adolescents.
