影像技术视角下基于PACS的放射影像教学案例库建设与应用
Construction and Application of a PACS-Based Radiology Teaching Case Database from the Perspective of Imaging Technology
摘要: 目的:从影像技术视角出发,依托影像归档与通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System, PACS)构建放射影像教学案例库,并探讨其在放射影像专业学位研究生教学中的应用价值。方法:基于教学医院PACS平台,系统收集经病理或临床随访证实的影像病例,对病例影像进行规范化筛选与图像质量控制,在此基础上构建以影像技术要素为导向的数字化教学案例库。案例库按照人体系统、影像技术特征及临床综合病例三个维度进行分类整理,并结合不同年级放射影像专业学位研究生的培养目标,将案例库应用于教学实践中,通过案例分析、讨论及互动学习等方式开展教学。结果:基于PACS构建的影像技术导向教学案例库实现了影像病例资源的系统化管理与高效调用,有助于学生直观理解影像技术参数、成像特征与影像表现之间的关系,促进影像识别能力和临床思维能力的培养,在教学实践中具有良好的适用性。结论:从影像技术视角出发,基于PACS平台构建放射影像教学案例库,有助于优化放射影像专业学位研究生的教学模式,提升教学的针对性与实践性,为放射影像教学的数字化与规范化提供了一种可行路径。
Abstract: Objective: To construct a radiology teaching case database from the perspective of imaging technology based on the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and to explore its application value in the education of professional degree postgraduate students in radiology. Methods: Based on the PACS platform of a teaching hospital, imaging cases with pathological confirmation or clinical follow-up were systematically collected. The imaging data were subjected to standardized screening and image quality control. On this basis, a digital teaching case database oriented toward imaging technical elements was established. The case database was organized and classified according to three dimensions: anatomical systems, imaging characteristics, and cases derived from clinical case discussion sessions. In accordance with the training objectives of radiology professional degree postgraduate students at different academic stages, the case database was applied in teaching practice through case analysis, discussion, and interactive learning. Results: The PACS-based, imaging technology-oriented teaching case database enabled systematic management and efficient utilization of imaging case resources. It facilitated students’ intuitive understanding of the relationships among imaging technical parameters, imaging characteristics, and image manifestations, thereby contributing to the development of image recognition ability and clinical thinking. The case database demonstrated good applicability in teaching practice. Conclusion: From the perspective of imaging technology, constructing a radiology teaching case database based on the PACS platform helps optimize the teaching model for professional degree postgraduate students in radiology, enhances the relevance and practicality of teaching, and provides a feasible approach for the digitalization and standardization of radiology education.
