数学文化赋能高校学生工作的实践路径与创新探索——以武汉理工大学为例
Innovative Exploration and Practical Strategies of Mathematical Culture Empowering College Student Affairs—Taking Wuhan University of Technology as an Example
摘要: 高校学生工作聚焦立德树人的根本任务,特别需要解决丰富学科渗透载体、增强育人工作实效的问题。而数学作为基础学科的核心,不仅蕴含了逻辑推理、创新思维等科学的素养,更承载着科学精神、爱国精神、家国情怀等重要的文化基因。本文以武汉理工大学数学专业为例,基于学生工作与数学文化的理论契合点,探讨当前两者融合实践的困境,探索数学文化赋能高校学生工作的路径。从思想引领、活动载体、机制建设、队伍培育等四个维度构建起价值引领、实践赋能、机制保障和队伍支撑的融合体系,为基础学科赋能学生工作提供一定的理论参考和实践路径,助力学生工作的学科底蕴与育人质量提升。
Abstract: Focusing on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, university student affairs urgently require richer discipline infiltration carriers to boost talent cultivation outcomes. As a core basic discipline, mathematics integrates scientific literacy like logical reasoning and innovative thinking, as well as core cultural genes covering scientific spirit, patriotism and national homeland devotion. Taking the Mathematics major of Wuhan University of Technology as a case, this paper identifies practical obstacles to the integration of student affairs and mathematical culture from a theoretical matching perspective, and proposes empowerment paths relying on mathematical culture. An integrated system with value guidance, practical empowerment, institutional safeguards and team support is constructed across four dimensions: ideological guidance, activity platforms, institutional improvement and counselor team development. The research offers theoretical and practical references for integrating basic disciplines into student management, so as to strengthen disciplinary characteristics and elevate comprehensive education quality.
