基于霍尔传感器与光电传感器的手电动密闭阀限位机构升级研究
Research on the Upgrade of the Manual and Electric Limiting Mechanism of the Sealing Valve Based on Hall Sensors and Photoelectric Sensors
摘要: 手电动密闭阀作为流体输送、工业控制领域的核心设备,其传统机械限位机构易出现磨损卡滞、定位精度不足、调试繁琐等问题,难以适配现代化工业对设备智能化、长寿命、高可靠性的需求。本文以手电动密闭阀限位系统革新为目标,对比传统机械限位的技术痛点,阐述霍尔传感器与光电传感器的技术优势,设计针对性的升级改造方案,明确安装调试流程与性能优化要点,并通过实际应用验证升级后设备的可靠性与实用性,为同类阀门限位机构的技术升级提供参考。
Abstract: As core equipment in fluid transportation and industrial control fields, the conventional mechanical limit mechanism of manual-electric sealed valves is prone to abrasion and jamming, insufficient positioning accuracy and cumbersome commissioning, which fails to satisfy the modern industrial requirements of intelligentization, long service life and high reliability of equipment. Targeting the technical renovation of the limit system for manual-electric sealed valves, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of traditional mechanical limit structures, elaborates the technical superiorities of Hall sensors and photoelectric sensors, develops targeted upgrading and reconstruction schemes, specifies the installation & commissioning procedures as well as key points for performance optimization. Practical application tests verify the reliability and practicability of upgraded equipment, providing references for technical upgrade of limit mechanisms for similar valves.
