生成式人工智能赋能民办高校精准思政教育的机制建构研究
Mechanism Construction of Generative Artificial Intelligence-Empowered Precision Ideological and Political Education in Private Universities
摘要: 生成式人工智能为民办高校精准思政教育提供了新的技术支撑。为提升思政教育与学生成长需求之间的匹配度,本文以重庆市某民办高校理工科类学院为研究对象,围绕学生信息获取习惯、思政教育接受情况、成长支持需求以及生成式人工智能使用与应用期待开展问卷调查,共获得216份有效问卷,并采用描述性统计、信度分析及因子分析适用性检验进行分析。结果显示,学生对结合专业特点、年级阶段和个人发展需求开展差异化思政教育具有较高期待,当前思政教育在内容贴近性、形式吸引力和成长需求回应等方面仍有优化空间。基于此,本文构建“需求画像–内容适配–分层干预–反馈优化”的精准思政教育机制,并提出数据筑基、智能辅助、深度融合和安全保障的实施路径,以推动民办高校思政教育由统一供给向精准服务转变。
Abstract: Generative artificial intelligence provides new technical support for precision ideological and political education in private universities. To improve the alignment between ideological and political education and students’ developmental needs, this study takes a science-and-engineering-oriented school of a private university in Chongqing as the research context. A questionnaire survey was conducted on students’ information access habits, acceptance of ideological and political education, developmental support needs, use of generative artificial intelligence, and expectations for its application. A total of 216 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and factorability tests. The results show that students have strong expectations for differentiated ideological and political education based on major characteristics, grade levels, and individual developmental needs. Meanwhile, current ideological and political education still has room for improvement in terms of content relevance, attractiveness of forms, and responsiveness to students’ developmental concerns. Accordingly, this study constructs a precision ideological and political education mechanism consisting of “needs profiling - content adaptation - tiered intervention - feedback optimization” and proposes an implementation path featuring data foundation, intelligent assistance, deep integration, and security assurance, so as to promote the transformation of ideological and political education in private universities from uniform provision to precision services.
