创新创业视域下精细化学品化学课程教学改革与探究
Reform and Exploration on the Teaching of Fine Chemicals Chemistry under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
摘要: 在“双创”战略、新工科建设及精细化工行业向高端化、绿色化、智能化转型的背景下,传统精细化学品化学课程存在内容与前沿脱节、教学方法固化、实践创新不足、评价单一等痛点,难以适配复合型人才培养需求。课程改革需以能力培养为核心,秉持以生为本理念,重构理论基础、实践技能、创新素养、价值引领四位一体教学内容,并构建“线上 + 线下、课内 + 课外、知识 + 能力”多元立体评价体系,破解课程与产业需求脱节难题,实现从知识传授到素养培育的转型,助力学生提升创新思维与实践能力,为精细化工领域输送高素质复合型人才。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the innovation and entrepreneurship strategy, emerging engineering construction, and the transformation of the fine chemical industry toward high-end development, green production and intelligent operation, the traditional course of Fine Chemicals Chemistry faces prominent problems including outdated curriculum content divorced from cutting-edge developments, rigid teaching methods, insufficient practical and innovative training, and a simplistic evaluation system. These drawbacks make it difficult to meet the demand for interdisciplinary talent. Centering on competency cultivation and adhering to the student-oriented philosophy, the curriculum reform restructures a four-in-one teaching framework covering theoretical foundation, practical skills, innovative literacy and value guidance. A diversified and multi-dimensional evaluation system integrating online and offline learning, in-class and extracurricular activities, as well as knowledge acquisition and competency development is also established. This addresses the disconnection between curriculum content and industrial demands, realizing the shift from knowledge imparting to competency cultivation. It helps foster students’ innovative thinking and practical capabilities, and cultivates high-quality interdisciplinary talents for the fine chemical industry.
