“新医科”视域下中西医结合临床研究生培养新模式的探索

Exploring a New Model for Training Clinical Graduate Students in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine within the Framework of “New Medical Sciences”

摘要: 为响应国家“新医科”教育改革的号召，高等医学院校亟需对中西医结合临床研究生培养模式展开深化改革与创新实践。当前，中西医结合临床专业研究生培养模式尚存诸多短板，具体表现为培养理念亟待更新、核心课程体系建设存在欠缺、教学方法与手段较为固化、人才培养评价体系尚需完善。针对上述问题，本文从创新教学理念、健全核心课程与教学模式、重构人才培养评价体系、引入“医教产研协同”培养机制四个维度提出优化策略，旨在完善中西医结合临床研究生培养体系，助力培养契合新时代医学发展需求的专业人才。

Abstract: In response to the national call for the “New Medical Science” education reform, institutions of higher medical education are in urgent need of deepening the reform and conducting innovative practices on the training mode for postgraduates majoring in Clinical Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Currently, there are numerous shortcomings in the existing training mode for such postgraduates, specifically manifested in the urgent need to update training concepts, deficiencies in the construction of core curriculum systems, rigid teaching methods and approaches, and the need for further improvement in the talent training evaluation system. Addressing the aforementioned issues, this paper proposes optimization strategies from four dimensions: innovating teaching concepts, improving core curricula and teaching modes, reconstructing the talent training evaluation system, and introducing the “collaborative training mechanism integrating medical education, production, and research”. The purpose is to improve the training system for postgraduates in Clinical Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and to help cultivate professional talents that meet the needs of medical development in the new era.
