摘要: 在近年的研究中,学者强调,在日常训练中,为应对环境中的刺激变化,运动员快速有效的变向能力和反应时水平就具有重要作用。因此,灵敏的定义已经从描述简单改变方向的运动升级为同时包含物理运动和感知决策两个部分。这就引发了对灵敏测试的不同方法的研究,这些方法既挑战了运动员的身体运动能力,也挑战了他们的感知和决策能力。这篇文献综述的目的是强调关于灵敏测试方法的最新文献。最近发表的出版物着重于提出新的灵敏测试方法,以及试图通过发展运动员的运动能力和感知决策能力来促进灵敏素质的研究。
Abstract: Recent studies have emphasized that during routine training, athletes possess crucial rapid and effective change-of-direction performance and reaction time to cope with variable environmental stimuli. Accordingly, the definition of agility has evolved from merely describing simple directional shifts to a concept integrating physical movement and perceptual decision-making. This has spurred research into diverse agility testing protocols, which simultaneously challenge athletes’ physical motor capacities as well as their perceptual and decision-making capabilities. The purpose of this literature review is to highlight the latest research concerning agility testing methods. Recently published studies focus on proposing novel agility testing protocols, alongside investigations aimed at improving agility by developing athletes’ motor proficiency and perceptual decision-making skills.
