基于《黄帝内经》理论探讨针灸治疗青少年抑郁症的临床思路

Clinical Thinking on Acupuncture for Adolescent Depression Based on Huangdi Neijing Theory

摘要: 本研究旨在基于《黄帝内经》理论探讨针灸治疗青少年抑郁症的临床思路。通过系统的文献研究与分析，对《黄帝内经》中关于情志致病、阴阳平衡及气机升降的理论进行深入解读，并结合现代医学对青少年抑郁症的认识，总结当前针灸治疗该疾病的研究现状。研究发现，针灸治疗青少年抑郁症应遵循调理脏腑功能、平衡阴阳及疏通经络气机的原则，并根据具体证型选择特定穴位进行辨证施治。此外，本研究还提出了提高青少年患者接受度、选择最佳治疗时机及合理设定治疗周期的策略，为针灸治疗青少年抑郁症提供了系统的临床思路，以期为进一步研究和临床实践提供参考。

Abstract: This research aims to explore the clinical of acupuncture treatment for adolescent depression based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing. Through systematic literature research and analysis, it deeply interprets the theories in Huangdi Neijing about emotional pathogenesis, yin-yang balance, and qi movement, and combines modern medicine’s understanding of adolescent depression to summarize the current research status of acupuncture treatment for this disease. The study finds that acupuncture treatment for adolescent depression should follow the principles of regulating the functions of zang-fu organs, balancing yin and yang, and dredging the meridians and qi movement, and select specific acupoints for syndrome differentiation and treatment according to specific syndrome types. In addition, this study also proposes strategies to improve the acceptance of adolescent patients, choose the optimal treatment timing, and reasonably set the treatment cycle, providing a systematic clinical idea for acupuncture treatment of adolescent depression, in order to provide reference for further research and clinical practice.
