中部地区高教资源配置对高技能人力资本积累影响研究

Research on the Influence of Higher Education Resource Allocation on High-Skilled Human Capital Accumulation in Central China

摘要: 中部地区是我国区域协调发展的内陆枢纽，高技能人力资本积累对区域经济高质量发展意义重大。本文基于人力资本理论与内生增长理论，选取中部六省2018~2024年面板数据，从财力、人力、物力三个维度分析高教资源配置影响高技能人力资本积累的作用机理。研究发现：中部地区高教资源对高技能人力资本积累具有正向促进作用，但省际资源失衡、产教融合不足等问题制约人才培养成效。据此，提出优化资源配置、深化产教融合的政策建议，为中部地区依托高教资源促进高技能人力资本均衡积累提供参考。

Abstract: The central region is the inland hub for regional coordinated development in China. The accumulation of high-skilled human capital is of great significance for the high-quality development of regional economy. Based on the theories of human capital and endogenous growth, this paper selects the panel data of the six central provinces from 2018 to 2024, and analyzes the mechanism by which the allocation of higher education resources affects the accumulation of high-skilled human capital from the dimensions of financial resources, human resources, and material resources. The research finds that higher education resources in the central region have a positive promoting effect on the accumulation of high-skilled human capital, but problems such as inter-provincial resource imbalance and insufficient integration of industry and education have constrained the effectiveness of talent cultivation. Therefore, policy suggestions for optimizing resource allocation and deepening industry-education integration are proposed, providing a reference for central China to rely on higher education resources to promote the balanced accumulation of high-skilled human capital.
