人工智能背景下基于OBE理念的计量经济学教学改革框架设计

摘要: 以生成式人工智能(AIGC)为代表的技术浪潮正深刻重塑高等教育生态,也促使成果导向教育(OBE)理念的内涵与实践范式发生重要演进。当前,计量经济学教学面临教学目标与前沿方法脱节、实践场景与真实问题脱节、能力评价与综合素养脱节等核心困境。本文立足于人工智能赋能的时代背景,以OBE理念为核心指导,围绕教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价及师资建设等关键维度,提出了一套系统的改革框架设计。具体而言,本文构建了“三层能力图谱”作为教学目标框架,将课程内容重构为四大模块,融合BOPPPS教学模式与C-PDCA迭代改进模型,并设计了“人机协同”教学案例,展示如何引导学生与AI协作完成从问题定义到论文撰写的全过程。本文所提出的框架经过理论论证,其实践效果有待未来通过教学实验进一步检验。文章旨在为培养适应智能经济时代需求的复合型计量分析人才提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Abstract: The wave of technology represented by generative artificial intelligence (AIGC) is profoundly reshaping the higher education ecosystem, prompting the connotation and practical paradigm of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to undergo significant evolution. Currently, econometrics instruction faces core issues such as a disconnect between teaching objectives and cutting-edge methods, a disconnect between practical scenarios and real-world problems, and a disconnect between ability assessment and comprehensive literacy. Grounded in the era of AI empowerment and guided by the OBE concept, this paper proposes a systematic reform framework design centered on key dimensions including teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, and faculty development. Specifically, the paper constructs a “three-layer competency map” as the teaching objective framework, reorganizes the course content into four major modules, integrates the BOPPPS teaching model with the C-PDCA iterative improvement model, and designs a “human-machine collaboration” teaching case to demonstrate how to guide students in completing the entire process from problem definition to thesis writing in collaboration with AI. The framework proposed in this paper has been theoretically demonstrated, and its practical effects await future verification through teaching experiments. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference and practical inspiration for cultivating compound quantitative analysis talents who meet the demands of the intelligent economy era.
