基于关键词耦合网络的电商数据要素领域高价值文献识别研究
Identification of High-Value Literature in the Field of E-Commerce Data Elements: A Keyword Coupling Network Approach
摘要: 数据要素作为数字经济时代的关键生产要素,其与电子商务的交叉研究自2020年以来快速涌现,文献规模的急剧扩张使得传统的频率类指标难以胜任高价值文献的识别任务。本文以中国知网2020年1月至2026年4月收录的312篇电商数据要素领域中文期刊论文为样本,借鉴文献耦合分析的思想,以关键词共现作为耦合关系的代理变量构建关键词耦合网络,运用介数中心性识别该领域中处于知识子群之间承担桥梁连接功能的高价值文献。研究发现:该领域发文量呈现出与中央政策发布节奏高度同步的增长特征,知识图谱由数字经济与数据要素双核心和数字平台、新质生产力、高质量发展、数字技术、数据资产五个核心子群构成;介数中心性指标识别出14篇被频率指标遗漏的桥梁文献,其主题分布反映出数据资产的实务化处理、批判性理论反思与产业落地连接三个方向的研究供给相对薄弱,时间演化则勾勒出该领域从概念奠基到理论扩展、从议题分化到实务落地的发展路径。本文在方法层面验证了介数中心性对桥梁文献的识别能力,在领域层面通过桥梁文献的位置特征反推出领域研究的结构性短板,为该领域研究者把握知识结构、识别后续研究方向提供了超越频率视角的参照。
Abstract: As a key factor of production in the digital economy era, the intersection of data elements and e-commerce has emerged as a rapidly growing research field since 2020, and the swift expansion of the literature has rendered traditional frequency-based indicators inadequate for the task of identifying high-value contributions. This study takes 312 Chinese journal articles in the e-commerce data elements field collected by CNKI from January 2020 to April 2026 as the sample, draws on the idea of bibliographic coupling analysis, uses keyword co-occurrence as a proxy for coupling relationships to construct a keyword coupling network, and employs betweenness centrality to identify high-value papers that occupy bridging positions between knowledge subgroups. The findings show that publication volume in this field exhibits a growth pattern closely synchronized with the rhythm of central policy releases; the knowledge map is composed of two core themes (digital economy and data elements) and five core subgroups (digital platforms, new quality productive forces, high-quality development, digital technology, and data assets); betweenness centrality identifies 14 bridge papers overlooked by frequency indicators, whose thematic distribution reveals that research supply in three directions—practical exploration of data asset accounting and taxation, political economy critique, and concrete industrial implementation—is relatively insufficient, while their temporal evolution sketches a developmental trajectory from conceptual foundation to theoretical expansion, from issue differentiation to practical implementation. By validating the capacity of betweenness centrality to identify bridge papers at the methodological level and by inferring the structural shortcomings of the field through the positional characteristics of these bridge papers at the domain level, this study provides researchers with a reference beyond the frequency perspective for grasping the knowledge structure and identifying directions for future research.
