基于CiteSpace的老年人数字素养可视化研究

Research on the Visualization of Digital Literacy of the Elderly Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 本文基于中国知网2016~2026年间收录的关于老年人数字素养的期刊文献，运用CiteSpace可视化文献分析工具，从发文数量、发文作者及合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类及关键词时间线分析方面，对文献数据进行了可视化分析。分析结果表明：老年人数字素养研究发文量呈现“萌芽–渐进–繁荣”三阶段特征，并展现出充分的学术活力；关键词共现、聚类及时间线分析显示研究热点聚焦三大方向，包括老年人数字素养的心理机制与教育实践、数字鸿沟的结构治理与包容性发展，以及代际互动与技术赋能下的社会调适；最终提出未来研究可围绕“人工智能与适老化技术赋能”“社会支持网络与生态构建”“素养评估与指标体系构建”三个方面进一步探讨，为提升老年人数字素养提供更多的理论与实践智慧。

Abstract: Based on the journal literature on the digital literacy of the elderly collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 2016 to 2026, this paper uses CiteSpace visual literature analysis tool to visualize the literature data from the aspects of the number of published papers, the author and cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword timeline analysis. The results show that the number of papers on digital literacy research for the elderly presents the three-stage characteristics of “germination-progression-prosperity”, and shows full academic vitality; keywords co-occurrence, clustering and timeline analysis show that the research hotspots focus on three directions, including the psychological mechanism and educational practice of digital literacy for the elderly, the structural governance and inclusive development of the digital divide, and the social adjustment under intergenerational interaction and technological empowerment; finally, it is proposed that future research can be further discussed in three aspects: “artificial intelligence and aging technology empowerment”, “social support network and ecological construction”, “literacy evaluation and index system construction”, so as to provide more theoretical and practical wisdom for improving the digital literacy of the elderly.
