蒙医整骨治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床经验总结与现代技术融合探索

Summary of Clinical Experience and Exploration of Modern Technology Integration in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures with Mongolian Medicine

摘要: 桡骨远端骨折是临床常见的骨折类型，治疗方式的选择直接影响患者腕关节功能恢复及生活质量。在基层医疗环境中，如何在保证治疗效果的同时降低患者经济负担、减少治疗创伤，是骨伤科临床关注的重要问题。蒙医整骨术具有操作简便、费用较低、功能恢复重视等特点，在稳定性桡骨远端骨折治疗中积累了较为丰富的临床经验。本文结合通辽市蒙医整骨医院十余年的临床实践，对蒙医整骨治疗桡骨远端骨折的诊疗理念、技术流程及现代化发展方向进行总结。文章重点阐述“功能复位”“动静结合”等核心治疗理念，介绍“三诊、六则、九结合”指导下的临床诊疗思路，并探讨影像学辅助、数字化技术及疗效评价体系在传统整骨术规范化发展中的应用价值。通过临床实践总结发现，蒙医整骨术在部分稳定性桡骨远端骨折治疗中具有创伤较小、功能恢复较快、基层适用性较强等特点。但同时也存在诊疗标准化不足、经验传承困难、循证研究相对不足等问题。未来需在继承传统技术优势的基础上，加强现代医学技术融合，推动蒙医整骨术向规范化、客观化方向发展，为基层骨伤疾病防治提供更多实践参考。

Abstract: Distal radius fracture is a common type of fracture in clinical practice, and the choice of treatment directly affects the recovery of wrist joint function and quality of life of patients. In the primary healthcare environment, how to reduce the economic burden of patients and minimize treatment trauma while ensuring treatment effectiveness is an important issue of clinical concern in orthopedics. Mongolian medicine orthopedic surgery has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost, and emphasis on functional recovery. It has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of stable distal radius fractures. This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment concept, technical process, and modern development direction of Mongolian medical orthopedic treatment for distal radius fractures based on more than ten years of clinical practice at Tongliao Mongolian Medical Orthopedic Hospital. The article focuses on the core treatment concepts of “functional reset” and “combination of dynamic and static”, introduces the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas under the guidance of “three diagnosis, six treatment, and nine combination”, and explores the application value of imaging assistance, digital technology, and efficacy evaluation system in the standardized development of traditional orthopedic surgery. Through clinical practice, it has been found that Mongolian medicine orthopedic surgery has the characteristics of minimal trauma, rapid functional recovery, and strong applicability at the grassroots level in the treatment of partially stable distal radius fractures. However, there are also problems such as insufficient standardization of diagnosis and treatment, difficulties in inheriting experience, and relatively insufficient evidence-based research. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of modern medical technology on the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional technology, promote the standardized and objective development of Mongolian medicine orthopedic surgery, and provide more practical references for the prevention and treatment of bone injuries at the grassroots level.
