蒙医整骨术治疗踝关节骨折的临床应用研究进展

Clinical Application Research Progress of Mongolian Medicine Orthopedic Surgery for Ankle Fractures

摘要: 踝关节骨折是临床常见的骨损伤之一，其治疗不仅需要恢复骨折断端稳定性，还需重视踝关节功能恢复及远期并发症预防。目前，切开复位内固定术(Open Reduction and Internal Fixation, ORIF)仍是多数移位性、不稳定性踝关节骨折的重要治疗方式，但手术创伤、软组织损伤及术后康复等问题仍受到临床关注。蒙医整骨术作为蒙古族传统骨伤治疗技术，在长期临床实践中形成了以手法复位、外固定及功能康复为核心的诊疗体系，在部分踝关节骨折治疗中表现出一定优势。本文围绕蒙医整骨术治疗踝关节骨折的理论基础、技术特点、临床应用及作用机制等方面进行总结，分析近年来相关研究进展，并探讨其未来规范化发展的方向，为蒙医整骨术在踝关节骨折治疗中的进一步应用提供参考。

Abstract: Ankle joint fractures are one of the common bone injuries in clinical practice. Their treatment not only requires restoring the stability of the fracture ends, but also emphasizes the recovery of ankle joint function and the prevention of long-term complications. Currently, open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) remains the important treatment method for most displaced and unstable ankle joint fractures. However, issues such as surgical trauma, soft tissue injury, and postoperative rehabilitation still attract clinical attention. Mongolian osteopathy, as a traditional bone injury treatment technique of the Mongolian people, has formed a diagnosis and treatment system centered on manual reduction, external fixation, and functional rehabilitation through long-term clinical practice. It shows certain advantages in the treatment of some ankle joint fractures. This article summarizes the theoretical basis, technical characteristics, clinical application, and mechanism of action of Mongolian osteopathy in the treatment of ankle joint fractures, analyzes the recent research progress, and discusses its future standardized development direction, providing a reference for the further application of Mongolian osteopathy in the treatment of ankle joint fractures.
