基于全息理论分析耳部铜砭刮痧治疗SPID慢性盆腔痛的效应机制

Analysis of the Effect Mechanism of Auricular Copper-Bian Scraping Therapy on SPID-Related Chronic Pelvic Pain Based on Holographic Theory

摘要: 盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛是临床常见的难治性妇科病症，其病理机制复杂，涉及慢性炎症、组织粘连与中枢敏化等多重因素。耳部铜砭刮痧作为一种融合全息理论与铜砭材质特性的中医外治法，在该病的治疗中展现出独特优势，然其效应机制尚缺乏系统性的理论阐述。本文以全息理论为核心分析框架，结合经络学说与现代神经内分泌免疫网络理论，提出“全息对应–经络传导–神经内分泌免疫调节”的多层级协同效应模型，从信息启动、气血重塑与生物稳态重建三个维度，对该疗法的效应机制进行系统剖析，为其临床应用与推广提供理论基础。

Abstract: Chronic pelvic pain associated with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID) represents a common and refractory gynecological condition, with complex pathological mechanisms involving chronic inflammation, tissue adhesion, and central sensitization. Auricular copper-bian scraping therapy, as an external treatment modality of Traditional Chinese Medicine that integrates holographic theory with the unique material properties of copper, has demonstrated distinctive advantages in managing this condition; however, its therapeutic mechanisms remain to be systematically elucidated. Taking holographic theory as the core analytical framework and integrating meridian doctrine with modern neuroendocrine-immune (NEI) network theory, this paper proposes a multi-level synergistic effect model of “holographic correspondence—meridian conduction—neuroendocrine-immune regulation”. The effect mechanism of this therapy is systematically analyzed from three dimensions—information initiation, qi-blood remodeling, and biological homeostasis reconstruction—thereby providing a theoretical foundation for its clinical application and dissemination.
