生成式AI在静脉输液服务性学习中的应用研究
Application of Generative AI in Service-Learning for Intravenous Infusion
摘要: 目的:探索生成式AI技术融入基础护理学静脉输液服务性学习(SL)中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法将两个大二护理班分为试验组(n = 63)与对照组(n = 64)。针对静脉输液教学内容,对照组接受常规的服务性学习模式,试验组在对照组基础上将生成式AI技术融入以静脉输液为主题的服务性学习。通过比较两组护生的AI素养水平、综合能力,评价生成式AI技术融入SL的实施效果。结果:试验组护生的AI素养水平、综合能力得分高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:将生成式AI技术融入SL能够显著提升学生的AI素养水平及综合能力,紧密衔接护理教育数字化转型趋势,值得在基础护理学和其他护理专业课程中推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) technology into service-learning (SL) for intravenous infusion in Fundamentals of Nursing. Methods: Two second-year nursing classes were divided into an experimental group (n = 63) and a control group (n = 64) using convenience sampling. Regarding the teaching content of intravenous transfusion, the control group adopted the conventional service learning model, while the experimental group integrated generative AI technology into service learning with the theme of “intravenous infusion” on the basis of the control group. By comparing the AI literacy and comprehensive ability of nursing students between the two groups, and the effect of integrating generative AI into service learning was evaluated. Results: The scores of AI literacy and comprehensive ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Integrating generative AI technology into the SL model can significantly enhance students’ AI literacy and comprehensive abilities, closely align with the digital transformation trend of nursing education. It is worth promoting and applying in Fundamentals of Nursing and other professional nursing courses.
