摘要: 本研究旨在探讨负面评价恐惧(Fear of Negative Evaluation, FNE)与青少年非自杀性自伤行为(Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, NSSI)之间的关系，并检验孤独感在其中的中介作用。研究采用问卷调查法，对四川省某中学420名学生进行了横断面调查，使用了简明负面评价恐惧量表、孤独感量表与青少年自我伤害量表。研究结果显示：(1) 负面评价恐惧与非自杀性自伤行为呈显著正相关；(2) 负面评价恐惧与孤独感呈显著正相关，孤独感与非自杀性自伤行为也呈显著正相关；(3) 孤独感在负面评价恐惧与青少年非自杀性自伤行为之间起完全中介作用。研究结论认为，负面评价恐惧并非直接导致青少年非自杀性自伤行为，而是通过增强其孤独感来间接产生影响。该研究为预防和干预青少年非自杀性自伤行为提供了新理论视角和实践依据。
Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between fear of negative evaluation (FNE) and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) among adolescents, and to examine the mediating role of loneliness in this relationship. Using a cross-sectional survey design, the study administered questionnaires to 420 students at a secondary school in Sichuan Province, employing the Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale, the Loneliness Scale, and the Adolescent Self-Injury Scale. The results showed that: (1) Fear of Negative Evaluation was significantly positively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury; (2) Fear of Negative Evaluation was significantly positively correlated with loneliness, and loneliness was also significantly positively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury; (3) Loneliness fully mediates the relationship between fear of negative evaluation and non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents. The study concludes that fear of negative evaluation does not directly lead to non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents but rather exerts an indirect influence by increasing their sense of loneliness. This study provides a new theoretical perspective and practical basis for the prevention and intervention of non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents.
