项目式教学视域下《工程造价管理》课程教学改革探索

Research on Teaching Reform of “Engineering Cost Management” from the Perspective of Project-Based Teaching

摘要: 针对当前工程造价管理课程教学模式存在的教学方法局限、考核体系局限等教学痛点，本文立足人才培养及课程目标，开展课程项目式教学改革探索。以覆盖投资决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工全流程的完整工程项目为载体，设计递进式的全过程工程造价管理实践任务，重构课程教学设计体系，建立多元化课程考核评价体系，形成“全过程教学，多维度考评”的闭环育人新模式。

Abstract: Aiming at the prominent teaching pain points in the current teaching mode of the Engineering Cost Management course, including limitations in teaching methods and assessment systems, this paper explores the reform of project-based teaching for the course based on talent training requirements and curriculum objectives. Taking a complete engineering project covering the full cycle of investment decision-making, design, bidding and tendering, construction and completion as the carrier, this study designs progressive practical tasks for full-process engineering cost management, reconstructs the curriculum teaching design system, and establishes a diversified curriculum assessment and evaluation system. A closed-loop education model featuring “full-process teaching and multi-dimensional evaluation” is ultimately formed.
