航运企业的数字化转型与高质量海事教育设计
Digital Transformation of Shipping Enterprises and Design of High-Quality Maritime Education
摘要: 近年来,随着数字化技术的飞速发展,航运企业在综合考量政策影响、成本收益、利益相关者期待的基础上大力推进数字化转型,在技术发展、组织变革等方面取得了突破性进展。航运企业的数字化转型对相关人才提出了新要求。数字化时代的航运人才不仅需要具备传统的海事知识与技能,还需要具备数字化知识与技能、情景特异的数字化能力,同时,数字化时代对航运人才的高阶思维能力和社会人际技能也提出了更高要求。这种能力结构的新特征促使海事教育院校重新评估并设计其教育体系。为了满足新的人才培养需求,海事教育需要深度融合行业技术发展实际,积极进行课程内容与教学方法创新,在教师能力、教育环境、支持性活动等方面为海事教育变革提供支撑。
Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technologies, shipping enterprises have vigorously promoted digital transformation based on a comprehensive consideration of policy impacts, cost-benefit analyses, and stakeholder expectations, achieving significant progress in technological development and organizational change. This digital transformation has imposed new requirements on relevant talent. In the digital era, maritime professionals are expected not only to possess traditional maritime knowledge and skills but also to acquire digital knowledge and skills as well as context-specific digital competencies. At the same time, the digital age places higher demands on maritime talent in terms of higher-order thinking abilities and social-interpersonal skills. This new configuration of competency profiles prompts maritime education institutions to reassess and redesign their educational systems. To meet the new talent development needs, maritime education should deeply integrate industry technological developments, actively innovate curriculum content and teaching methods, and provide support for educational reform through faculty capacity building, learning environment enhancement, and supportive activities.
