构建德智体美劳全面发展人才培养体系的实践探析

Exploration into the Practice of Building a Talent Cultivation System Focusing on Comprehensive Development in the All-Round Development of Morality, Intelligence, Physical Fitness, Aesthetics and Labor

摘要: 本研究旨在梳理并分析关于教育的重要论述，以期为我国教育事业的发展提供理论支撑和实践指导。通过深入研究相关文献资料，概括了关于“培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才”的教育论述，同时结合相关理论与中国社会发展现状，剖析了该论述所体现的教育规律。在此基础上，文章从七个方面提出了构建“德智体美劳全面发展”人才培养体系的实践可行性路径，为新时代我国教育事业的发展提供一定的帮助。本研究认为，相关教育论述内涵丰富、博大精深，对于推动我国教育事业持续健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: This study aims to review and analyze key educational discourses on talent cultivation, with the hope of providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of China’s education sector. Through in-depth research on relevant literature, this paper summarizes the educational discourses on “cultivating socialist builders and successors who are comprehensively developed in the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor.” It also analyzes the educational principles embodied in these discourses by combining relevant theories with the current development status of Chinese society. Finally, the article proposes practical and feasible paths for building a talent cultivation system focusing on “comprehensive development in the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor” from seven aspects, providing certain assistance for the development of China’s education sector in the new era. This study believes that these educational discourses are rich in content, profound, and extensive, and are of great significance for promoting the sustained and healthy development of China’s education sector.
