新医科背景下地方院校预防医学专业卫生化学实验教学改革的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Experimental Teaching Reform in Sanitary Chemistry for the Preventive Medicine Major in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Medicine

摘要: 新医科建设对医学人才培养提出了“以岗位胜任力为导向”的新要求，强调医学生的实践能力和创新思维。卫生化学作为预防医学专业的核心基础课程，其实验教学在培养学生检测分析能力方面具有关键作用。然而，地方院校在卫生化学实验教学中普遍面临教学资源有限、教学理念落后、教学方法单一、实验内容与公共卫生实践脱节等困境。本文立足地方院校办学实际，结合新医科建设的理念要求，以建构主义理论为指导，从重构实验内容体系、创新教学模式、多元化教学方法、引入公共卫生案例、构建多元化评价机制等方面进行改革探索与实践，旨在培养具备实践能力和岗位胜任力的应用型预防医学人才。

Abstract: The construction of New Medicine has put forward a new requirement for medical talent cultivation, which is “oriented by post competency”, emphasizing the practical ability and innovative thinking of medical students. As a core foundational course for preventive medicine majors, sanitary chemistry plays a key role in cultivating students’ detection and analytical skills through its experimental teaching. However, local colleges and universities generally face difficulties in sanitary chemistry experimental teaching, such as limited teaching resources, outdated teaching concepts, single teaching methods, and a disconnect between experimental content and public health practice. Grounded in the actual conditions of local institutions and guided by the principles of New Medicine, this paper, under the guidance of constructivism theory, carries out reform exploration and practice from the aspects of reconstructing the experimental content system, innovating teaching models, diversifying teaching methods, introducing public health cases, and constructing a diversified evaluation mechanism. The aim is to cultivate applied preventive medicine talents with practical ability and post competency.
