数字化背景下产学研协同赋能本土企业自主创新的机制研究——基于DeepSeek的扎根分析
Research on the Mechanism of Industry-University Collaboration Empowering Indigenous Enterprises’ Independent Innovation in the Digital Era—A Grounded Theory Analysis of DeepSeek
摘要: 在数字技术快速迭代与全球科技竞争加剧的背景下,本土企业如何借助产学研协同实现自主创新突破成为重要议题。本文以杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司为典型案例,运用扎根理论方法对原始资料整理归纳,逐级提炼标签、概念、初始范畴、主范畴与核心范畴,挖掘DeepSeek自主创新背后的故事。在此基础上,探索产学研协同赋能本土企业自主创新的机制,并总结出整个协同创新过程的三个层次:开源共识凝聚、产学研协同、数字化制度保障。其中,凝聚开源共识是前提;产学研协同机制是核心环节,其本质在于打通从技术研发到落地推广的创新链条,并通过人才培育为创新提供持续动力,包含创新链贯通与人才内生培育两个子机制;数字化制度保障机制是产学研协同的外部支撑。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid digital technology iteration and intensifying global technological competition, how local enterprises can achieve independent innovation breakthroughs through industry-university collaboration has become an important issue. Taking Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. as a typical case, this paper adopts the Grounded Theory to organize and categorize original data, and progressively refine labels, concepts, initial categories, main categories, and core categories to explore the underlying logic behind DeepSeek’s independent innovation. On this basis, it analyzes the mechanism by which industry-university collaboration empowers independent innovation among local enterprises, and summarizes the three levels of the entire collaborative innovation process: open-source consensus building, industry-university collaboration, and digital institutional support. Among these, building open-source consensus is the prerequisite; the industry-university collaboration mechanism is the core link, whose essence lies in connecting the innovation chain from technology R&D to deployment and promotion, and in sustaining innovation through talent cultivation, encompassing two sub-mechanisms of integrated innovation chains and endogenous talent development; the digital institutional guarantees provide external support for the overall industry-university collaborative system.
