风药治疗儿童呼吸道感染后咳嗽的中西医研究进展
Research Progress of Wind Medicinals in Treating Post-Infectious Cough in Children with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要: 儿童呼吸道感染后咳嗽病程多迁延难愈,对患儿日常作息与生活质量均造成明显影响。风药兼具轻扬、升散、透达之药性,可疏风散邪、宣畅肺络、调节气机,在本病治疗中具有鲜明优势。目前,风药用于儿童感染后咳嗽的临床实践已积累大量经验,现代药理研究也从多方面阐释了其作用机制。本文将结合中西医理论,系统梳理风药治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的理论基础、临床应用及现代药理研究进展。
Abstract: Post-infectious cough in children often presents as a protracted and intractable condition, which significantly impairs children’s daily routine and quality of life. Wind herbs, characterized by their properties of lightness, dispersing, and penetrating, can dispel wind pathogens, diffuse and unblock the lung collaterals, and regulate qi movement, thus demonstrating distinct advantages in the treatment of this disease. At present, abundant clinical experience has been accumulated in the application of wind herbs for post-infectious cough in children, and modern pharmacological studies have elucidated their mechanisms of action from multiple perspectives. Combining traditional Chinese and Western medical theories, this article systematically reviews the theoretical basis, clinical application, and modern pharmacological research progress of wind herbs in the treatment of post-infectious cough in children.
