人工智能视域下高校思想政治教育风险治理与优化路径

摘要: 人工智能技术的突破性发展,为高校思想政治教育体系的现代化转型提供了机遇,但技术赋能本身不具备天然的价值中立性,算法偏向、技术依附、数据伦理越界等现实问题衍生出多重治理风险。此类风险的深层生成逻辑,在于资本逻辑对技术应用的隐性介入与异化导向、工具理性对价值理性的挤压与僭越,以及人与技术之间关系格局的结构性失衡。开展系统性风险治理,必须坚守以人为本的本体论原则,以人的全面发展为技术应用的根本遵循,构建协同治理路径,从而推动智能技术与思想政治教育实现深度契合、同向育人。
Abstract: The breakthrough development of artificial intelligence technology offers opportunities for the modernization and transformation of university ideological and political education systems. However, technological empowerment itself is not inherently value-neutral; real-world issues such as algorithmic bias, technological dependence, and breaches of data ethics give rise to multiple governance risks. The underlying logic behind these risks lies in the covert intervention and alienating influence of capital logic on technology application, the suppression and overreach of instrumental rationality over value-based rationality, and the structural imbalance in the relationship between humans and technology. To address these risks systematically, it is essential to uphold an ontology grounded in human-centered principles, take human holistic development as the fundamental guideline for technology application, and establish collaborative governance pathways to achieve deep integration and aligned educational outcomes between intelligent technologies and ideological and political education.
