摘要: 以马斯洛、罗杰斯为核心的人本主义心理学摒弃精神分析、行为主义的研究局限，提出坚持人性本善的观念，坚持以“学生为中心”的思想，提倡构建良好的师生关系等。这些思想对于职业院校学生的培育具有重要的思想引领，对形成良好的师生关系、促进人的全面发展、推进健康中国建设具有积极的作用。

Abstract: Centered on Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers, humanistic psychology breaks away from the research limitations of psychoanalysis and behaviorism. It advocates the belief that human nature is inherently good, upholds the student-centered philosophy, and promotes the establishment of sound teacher-student relationships. These ideas provide important intellectual guidance for the cultivation of students in vocational colleges. They also exert positive effects on fostering healthy teacher-student relationships, advancing all-round human development, and advancing the Healthy China Initiative.
