Whispers from the Inkstone Field: A Study on the Practical Pathways of Integrating Duan Inkstone Culture into Psychological Education in Higher Vocational Colleges—A Case Study of the “Xinghu Xinyu” Counselor Studio at Guangdong Business and Technology University

摘要: 该研究以广东工商职业技术大学为例，探讨将肇庆端砚文化融入高职心理育人的实践路径。通过积极心理学与具身认知理论，构建“端砚 + 心理”课程及“5·25”品牌活动，并链接志愿服务。实证显示，该模式能显著提升学生心理韧性与自我效能感，有效实现文化传承与心理赋能的双重目标。

Abstract: This study takes Guangdong Business and Technology University as a case to explore practical pathways for integrating Zhaoqing Duan inkstone culture into psychological education in higher vocational colleges. Grounded in positive psychology and embodied cognition theories, it develops a “Duan Inkstone + Psychology” curriculum and a “5·25” signature event, while linking them to volunteer services. Empirical evidence shows that this model significantly enhances students’ psychological resilience and self-efficacy, effectively achieving the dual goals of cultural heritage and psychological empowerment.
