信息化教学软件在脊柱外科住培中的应用成效
The Effectiveness of Information-Based Teaching Software in Improving Spine Surgery Residency Training
摘要: 目的:评价信息化教学软件在脊柱外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用成效。方法:采用单中心、非随机同期对照设计,纳入2023年6月至2024年6月在上海长征医院脊柱外科轮转并参加住院医师规范化培训的66名住院医师。根据实际培训方式分为传统培训组(对照组,35名)和软件辅助培训组(观察组,31名)。比较两组的日常考核、理论考试和临床技能评估成绩,以及教学查房、疑难病例分析和专题讲座等教学活动的参与度。连续变量采用Welch独立样本t检验,并报告均值差、95%置信区间和Hedges g;参与度采用χ2检验。4项结局的多重比较采用Holm-Bonferroni法校正。结果:观察组日常考核、理论考试和临床技能评估成绩均高于对照组,Holm校正后差异仍有统计学意义(校正p = 0.031);观察组教学活动参与度亦较高(χ2 = 9.12,校正p = 0.010)。结论:信息化教学软件的应用加强了脊柱外科住院医师临床综合素质的培养,加深对骨科理论及临床知识的理解和应用,也使科室与医院科教处紧密联系,使科室教学活动有序开展。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of information-based teaching software in standardized residency training in spine surgery. Methods: This single-center, nonrandomized concurrent controlled study included 66 residents who rotated through the Department of Spine Surgery at Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 and participated in standardized residency training. Residents were grouped according to the training they actually received: traditional training (control group, n = 35) or software-assisted training (observation group, n = 31). Daily assessment, theoretical examination, and clinical skills assessment scores were compared, together with participation in teaching rounds, difficult case discussions, and special lectures. Continuous outcomes were analyzed using Welch’s independent-samples t test, with mean differences, 95% confidence intervals, and Hedges g reported. Participation was analyzed using the chi-square test. The Holm-Bonferroni procedure was applied across the four outcomes. Results: Daily assessment, theoretical examination, and clinical skills assessment scores were higher in the observation group and remained statistically significant after Holm correction (adjusted p = 0.031). Participation in teaching activities was also higher in the observation group (chi-square = 9.12, adjusted p = 0.010). Conclusion: The medical teaching center software enables the digital management of standardized training for orthopedic residents, thereby facilitating close coordination between the department and the hospital’s Science and Education Department. It also ensures the systematic and orderly implementation of departmental teaching activities, strengthens residents’ comprehensive clinical competencies, and enhances their understanding and application of orthopedic theoretical knowledge.
