“数智 + 金融”赋能下湛江现代海洋牧场与县域经济耦合协调度研究——以湛江雷州为例

Research on the Coupling and Coordination Degree of Modern Marine Ranching and County Economy in Zhanjiang under the Empowerment of “Digital Intelligence + Finance”—Taking Zhanjiang Leizhou as an Example

摘要: 基于湛江雷州2018年~2024年间的官网统计数据指标，采用耦合协调度模型系统来探讨湛江现代海洋牧场建设及县域经济高质量发展的协同效应。结果显示2018~2024年湛江雷州海洋牧场建设及县域经济高质量发展两者耦合协调度呈现稳步提升态势，耦合协调度虽逐年上升，在2023~2024年的达到良好协调区间0.82~0.88，但仍未突破高度协调的最优状态，这体现着两个系统之间仍有持续提升的空间；且因2020年受重大公共卫生突发事件外部冲击，耦合协调度回落到0.4435濒临失调，反映了两个系统的协同较为脆弱。最后提出深化海洋牧场数智化转型，延伸其产业发展链条及构建系统联动产业体系，增强协同发展抗风险能力，提升区域经济发展水平的对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the index data of Leizhou in Zhanjiang from 2018 to 2024, the coupling coordination degree model system is used to explore the synergistic effect of modern marine ranching construction and high-quality development of county economy in Zhanjiang. The results show that from 2018 to 2024, the coupling coordination degree between the construction of marine ranching in Leizhou, Zhanjiang and the high-quality development of county economy shows a steady upward trend. Although the coupling coordination degree is increasing year by year, it reaches a good coordination interval of 0.82~0.88 from 2023 to 2024, but it has not yet broken through the optimal state of high coordination, which reflects that there is still room for continuous improvement between the two systems. Due to the external impact of the epidemic in 2020, the coupling coordination degree fell back to 0.4435, which was on the verge of imbalance, reflecting the fragile synergy between the two systems. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the transformation of marine ranching, extend its industrial development chain and build a system linkage industrial system, enhance the ability of coordinated development to resist risks, and improve the level of regional economic development.
