“人工智能+”背景下高职院校“三教”改革创新研究
Research on the Reform and Innovation of the “Three Educations” in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “AI+”
摘要: 以人工智能为代表的新一代信息技术持续推动产业场景与职业教育融合发展的深刻变革,在教育科技人才一体发展的战略背景下,数智化发展阶段对高职院校“三教”改革赋予了新内涵、提出了新要求。针对当前高职院校课程体系与教学内容滞后、教师能力断层且结构失衡、教法难以适应AI时代需求等问题,本文聚焦人工智能时代产教融合发展导向,探讨了数智化时代“三教”改革创新的实施路径,包括建构“数智双师型”教师发展体系,打造面向能力塑造的数字教材系统,建构虚实共生和人机协同的教学发展生态,并从组织协同、经费投入、标准引领、技术支撑四个维度提出了相应保障措施。
Abstract: New-generation information technologies, represented by artificial intelligence, are continuously driving profound transformations in the integrated development of industrial scenarios and vocational education. Against the strategic backdrop of the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talent, the digital and intelligent era has endowed the “Three Educations” reform in higher vocational colleges with new connotations and posed new requirements. Addressing current issues such as outdated curriculum systems and teaching content, capability gaps and structural imbalances among teachers, and teaching methods that fail to meet the demands of the AI era, this paper focuses on the integration of industry and education oriented by the AI era. It explores implementation pathways for the “Three Educations” reform and innovation in the digital and intelligent era, including constructing a “digital and intelligent dual-qualified” teacher development system, developing a digital textbook system oriented toward competence building, and establishing a teaching ecosystem characterized by virtual-real symbiosis and human-machine collaboration. Furthermore, corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from four dimensions: organizational synergy, financial investment, standard guidance, and technological support.
