慢性心衰延续护理研究热点的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on Research Hotspots of Transitional Care for Chronic Heart Failure

摘要: 目的：运用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件，对近12年慢性心衰延续护理研究的相关文献系统可视化分析。深入剖析文献的年度发文量趋势、国家与机构合作情况、关键词等信息，揭示该领域的研究热点、前沿动态，为我国相关研究提供参考。方法：检索发表于CNKI和Web of Science核心合集数据库的关于慢性心衰延续护理的论文，使用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件分析进行图谱的生成和数据分析，检索时间为2013年1月1日~2024年11月30日。结果：最终纳入英文文献238篇，中文文献309篇；英文文献发文量总体均呈上升趋势；国际上合作发文量最多的国家为美国；发文量前3位的机构是哈佛大学、哈佛医学院附属机构、哈佛医学院；英文文献共获得10个聚类标签、22个突现关键词。国内文献关键词聚类获得8个聚类标签、16个突现关键词。结论：近12年来关于慢性心衰患者延续护理受到持续关注，国外发文量整体较为稳定，而我国在2013~2019年呈增长趋势，但2019年后发文量有所下降。延续护理国外起步较早，各研究机构合作紧密。我国未来应加强与国外机构之间合作，推动延续护理的发展。

Abstract: Objective: To apply CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software for a systematic visualization analysis of literature on continuation nursing for chronic heart failure over the past 12 years. By analyzing annual publication trends, national and institutional collaborations, and keywords, the aim is to uncover research hotspots and frontiers in this field and provide a scientific reference for related research in China. Methods: Retrieve the papers on the transitional care of chronic heart failure published in the CNKI and the Web of Science Core Collection databases. Use the CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software to generate maps and conduct data analysis. The retrieval time is from January 1, 2013, to November 30, 2024. Results: Finally, 238 English-language literatures and 309 Chinese-language literatures were included. The overall number of published English-language literatures showed an upward trend. The country with the largest number of collaborative publications internationally is the United States. The top three institutions in terms of the number of publications are Harvard University, the affiliated institutions of Harvard Medical School, and Harvard Medical School. A total of 10 clustering labels and 22 emerging keywords were obtained from the English-language literatures. For the domestic literatures, 8 clustering labels and 16 emerging keywords were obtained through keyword clustering. Conclusion: In the past 12 years, the transitional care of patients with chronic heart failure has received continuous attention. The overall number of publications abroad is relatively stable. In China, there was a growth trend from 2013 to 2019, but the number of publications decreased after 2019 due to the impact of the epidemic. The development of transitional care abroad started earlier, and various research institutions have close cooperation. In the future, China should strengthen cooperation with foreign institutions to promote the development of transitional care.
