摘要: 本文基于因子分析方法构建基于知识掌握能力、团队协作能力、职业规范能力和创新探索能力等指标的评价模型，对学生发展为主体的实践能力进行实证分析。结合主成分分析确定各级指标权重，通过模糊综合评价法建立学生实践能力评价模型，通过计算学生的模糊综合评价分值，有效精准地识别学生的实践能力等级，对学生的实践能力进行科学全面评价。

Abstract: This paper constructs an evaluation model based on indicators such as knowledge mastery ability, teamwork ability, professional norms ability, and innovation exploration ability using the factor analysis method, and conducts an empirical analysis of students’ practice ability centered on their development. By combining principal component analysis to determine the weights of various indicators and establishing a student practice ability evaluation model through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the fuzzy evaluation scores of students are empirically analyzed to effectively and accurately identify the practical ability levels, and the practical ability evaluation system established is scientific and comprehensive.
