高校体育专业学生创新素养的现状调查与提升对策——基于信息素养的实证分析
Investigation on the Current Situation of Innovation Literacy of College Sports Students and Countermeasures for Enhancement—An Empirical Analysis Based on Information Literacy
摘要: 此次研究选取了江苏省三所高校共计279名体育专业学生作为调查对象,综合采用文献资料法以及问卷调查法,把创新素养进行操作化处理,将其转化为创新意识、创新知识、创新实践行为这三个有可测量维度的层次,以此考察学生创新素养的实际样态情况,同时剖析信息素养对于创新转化所产生的制约作用。调查结果说明如下:学生创新素养存在着较为突出的“高认同、低转化”的知行裂隙现象,超过九成的学生认同创新在专业方面的价值,然而主动尝试新型训练方法的学生仅不到三成,参与器材改良、运动软件分析、科创竞赛等创新实践的比例均不足一成半。学生在信息素养的各个环节都存在着一些不足之处,大概有四分之一的学生会主动去关注体育学术领域的前沿动态,而那些能够熟练运用专业数据库的学生比例不足两成,将近七成的学生缺乏对信息进行甄别的能力,信息能力方面的薄弱成为了妨碍创新想法得以落实的基础性瓶颈。基于此提出了“信息赋能–认知重构–微实践嵌入”的递进式干预路径,可为优化江苏高校体育专业创新人才培养提供实际的证据支持。
Abstract: This study selected a total of 279 sports students from three universities in Jiangsu Province as the survey subjects. Comprehensive use of literature review method and questionnaire survey method was adopted to operationalize innovation literacy and transform it into three levels with measurable dimensions: innovation awareness, innovation knowledge, and innovation practice behavior. This was done to examine the actual situation of students’ innovation literacy and analyze the restrictive effect of information literacy on the transformation of innovation. The survey results are as follows: There is a relatively prominent “high recognition, low transformation” gap in students’ practicality and cognition. Over 90% of the students recognize the value of innovation in their majors, but only less than 30% of the students actively try new training methods, and the proportions of those participating in equipment improvement, sports software analysis, and scientific and technological competition as innovation practices are all less than 1.5%. Students have some deficiencies in all aspects of information literacy, approximately one quarter of the students will actively pay attention to the latest developments in the field of sports academia, while the proportion of those who can proficiently use professional databases is less than 20%, and nearly 70% of the students lack the ability to discriminate information. The weakness in information ability has become a fundamental bottleneck hindering the implementation of innovative ideas. Based on this, a progressive intervention path of “information empowerment-cognitive reconstruction-micro-practice embedding” was proposed, which can provide practical evidence support for optimizing the innovation talent cultivation of sports majors in Jiangsu universities.
