广西职业教育与城镇化建设协同发展路径研究

Research on the Path of Coordinated Development between Vocational Education in Guangxi and Urbanization Construction

摘要: 城镇化是推动中国经济高质量发展的核心引擎之一，而职业教育在城镇化进程中承担着为农业转移人口赋技增能、为城镇产业输送人力支撑的双重使命。本文在系统梳理国内外职业教育典型发展模式的基础上，深入剖析广西城镇化建设与职业教育发展之间的内在关联与互动逻辑，进而从制度协同、人才供给协同、社会服务协同、保障机制协同四个维度，构建广西职业教育与城镇化建设协同发展的实施路径体系。研究发现，二者之间存在着“需求拉动–人才支撑–产业升级–岗位创造”的闭环互动关系，但当前广西在规划衔接、产教融合、培训覆盖、评价引导等方面仍存在短板。本文提出的四条路径相互支撑、彼此耦合，以期为广西抓住新型城镇化建设机遇、推动职业教育高质量发展提供理论参考与实践框架。

Abstract: Urbanization is one of the core engines driving the high-quality development of China’s economy. Vocational education plays a dual role in the process of urbanization, serving to equip and enhance the skills of rural migrant workers and providing human resources support for urban industries. Based on a systematic review of typical vocational education development models at home and abroad, this paper deeply analyzes the intrinsic connection and interaction logic between urbanization construction and vocational education development in Guangxi, and then constructs an implementation path system for the coordinated development of vocational education and urbanization in Guangxi from four dimensions: institutional coordination, talent supply coordination, social service coordination, and guarantee mechanism coordination. The research finds that there is a closed-loop interactive relationship of “demand-driven-talent support-industrial upgrading-job creation” between the two, but currently Guangxi still has shortcomings in planning connection, industry-education integration, training coverage, and evaluation guidance. The four paths proposed in this paper support each other and are coupled with each other, with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical frameworks for Guangxi to seize the opportunities of new urbanization construction and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
