胃癌患者术后症状群的研究进展

摘要: 胃癌是我国高发的消化系统恶性肿瘤，首选治疗方式为外科根治性手术。但手术治疗后存在多种症状群，严重影响患者的康复进程与生活质量。症状群由一组稳定共存、相互影响的相关症状构成，可更加真实、全面地反映患者术后症状体验，现已成为肿瘤症状管理领域的研究热点。本文系统梳理了近年来国内外围绕胃癌术后症状群开展的相关研究，对其类别划分、评估工具、影响因素及现有干预措施类型进行归纳整合，旨在为临床开展胃癌术后精准护理提供循证依据。
Abstract: Gastric cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor of the digestive system in China, and radical surgical resection is the treatment of choice. However, a variety of symptom clusters persist following surgery, significantly impacting patients’ recovery and quality of life. These symptom clusters consist of a set of stable, coexisting, and mutually influencing symptoms that can more accurately and comprehensively reflect patients’ postoperative symptom experiences; they have thus become a research focus in the field of cancer symptom management. This article systematically reviews recent domestic and international research on postoperative symptom clusters in gastric cancer, summarizing and integrating their classification, assessment tools, influencing factors, and existing types of interventions, with the aim of providing an evidence-based foundation for the implementation of precision nursing care for patients with gastric cancer following surgery.
