摘要: 课程思政作为落实立德树人根本任务的核心抓手与关键举措,打破了传统思政教育与专业教育相互割裂的育人格局,课程思政在传授专业知识、培养专业能力的同时,培养学生的品德。本文以高等数学中的极限为例,系统探讨数学教师思政能力建设的重要性,结合极限的教学内容与特点,探索高校教师思政能力系统化建设与提升路径,实现知识传授、思维训练、能力培养与价值塑造的有机统一,助力高校高质量育人体系构建。
Abstract: As a core approach and key measure for implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and talent, ideological and political education integrated into courses has broken the traditional educational model in which ideological education and professional education were separated. While imparting professional knowledge and cultivating professional competencies, this integration also nurtures students’ moral character. Taking limits in advanced mathematics as an example, this paper systematically explores the importance of developing ideological and political capabilities among mathematics teachers. By analyzing the teaching content and characteristics of limits, it investigates systematic pathways for building and enhancing the ideological and political competence of university faculty, aiming to achieve an organic integration of knowledge transmission, thinking training, ability cultivation, and value formation, thereby supporting the construction of a high-quality talent development system in higher education.
