Research on the Development of Rural E-Commerce Clusters Based on Digital-Real Integration

摘要: 数实融合成为农村电商集群发展的重要方式，但依然面临诸多挑战。本文阐释了基于数实融合的乡村电商集群的内涵，分析了基于数实融合的乡村电商集群发展取得的成效；从集群竞争力、集群协同、集群发展生态等方面指出乡村电商集群存在产品标准化与建设化不足、集群分化影响创新扩散、政府的政策适配性不够等问题；给出注重产品研发、建立合作体系、加强政府对集群的数字治理等实践路径。

Abstract: Digital-real integration has emerged as a critical approach to advancing the development of rural e-commerce clusters, yet it still confronts a series of practical challenges. This paper expounds the connotation of rural e-commerce clusters underpinned by digital-real integration and evaluates the developmental outcomes achieved. It identifies prominent constraints facing rural e-commerce clusters in terms of competitiveness, collaborative efficiency, and ecological sustainability, including inadequate product standardization and supporting infrastructure, impeded innovation diffusion due to intra-cluster differentiation, and insufficient adaptive policy support from governments. Accordingly, this study proposes targeted practical pathways, such as strengthening product research and development, establishing standardized inter-firm cooperation mechanisms, and enhancing government-led digital governance for cluster development.
